Hi, my name is Jason Lawrence and I have been Working Successfully as a

Integrative Counselling Therapist Full Time For Over 12 Years

and a Martial Arts & Self Defence Instructor for 27 Years.

I offer Counselling, Coaching and Combative / Self Defence sessions Online and Face to Face via WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype and Face to Face In Swanscombe Kent.

I offer confidential Counselling and Coaching in line with legal, Health & Safety and ethical standards to Individuals, couples and companies and offer Support to Men, Women and Teenagers, from all walks of life and from many differing circumstances.

I am a member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) who are both members of The Professional Standards Authority.

During my time as a counsellor, I have supported clients with an array or personal issues, these include;

Work Related Stress, Trauma, Victims and Perpetrators Of Abuse, ADHD, Autism, EUPD, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Addiction, Relationship Issues, Confidence, Self Esteem,  Stress, Addiction, Anger, Gender Dysphoria, Self Harm, Loss of Identity, Unemployment, Sexual Orientation, or have been left with the results of being adopted or fostered?

I am also Trauma Informed.

I specialise in getting to the root cause of the issue, I am solution based,

I teach coping strategies and I am a EFT Practitioner.

I feel my own very varied life experiences have given me the ability to understand and empathise with others in a very caring and non-judgmental way.

I'm told by my clients that I am easy to be with, supportive and very understanding.
