Service Description

Simply put "Therapeutic Pad Work" uses a combination of non contact martial arts & boxing techniques aimed at removing stress from the body. Many people hold stress within their bodies and no amount of talking will resolve these issues alone. By talking about the issues that are concerning you whilst using movement, the brain re-aligns itself and therefore - Boost energy levels, Boost confidence, and both your brain and becomes grounded as one, This method of therapy is a great way of releasing external and internalized anger in a controlled environment. Level of fitness unimportant. Book a Full Session (60 Minutes) at a time that suits you. PLEASE ENSURE - Payment is made upon booking or in person. Please make sure that: * You bring a bottle of water. * A towel. * A spare top if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours notice will be refunded or set against a future appointment. Those cancelled within 48 hours of the day will be subject to a 100% charge of the full cost of the session. If you do not cancel or attend your appointment you will be liable to pay for that session or all money paid will be forfeited. I have a policy that if a client persists in cancelling then a deposit system will be implemented, or I will ask for payment by bank transfer at the beginning of each week. In the unlikely event I am unable to make a session there is, of course, no charge and I will endeavour to schedule an appointment within the same week.
